Italy confirmed its dominance in the Artistic discipline at the World Roller Games 2019 by winning a gold medal in the Women's Inline competition on Thursday and a bronze in the men's category. Chiara Censori has obtained for her country the third gold in this discipline by finishing ahead of the Russian Anastasia Nosova and her compatriot Metka Kuk, while Antonio Panfili has achieved bronze in men.
Italy leads with three gold, one silver and three bronze medals of Artistic, the only discipline out of the 11 that has started before the official opening of the event. In the WRG2017 Nanjing, the Italians gathered 11 gold, 12 silver and 13 bronze medals in this discipline, ranking first in this ranking.
In regards to the men's event, Yi-Fan Chen has confirmed today in long Inline the domain he already showed on the opening day, when the short program was held. The skater from China-Taipei has won the gold medal, his compatriot Hung-Yu Chien, the silver, and the Italian Antonio Panfili, the bronze.
The Artistic competition, held at Sant Jordi Club, now takes three days off and will return on July 8th with the Solo Dance events. Until that day, there will only be junior category competition.
