The list of sponsors of the World Roller Games 2019 is continuing to grow with the most important sector companies. Proof of this is that FR Skates will also be in Barcelona this summer as co-sponsor of the disciplines of Inline Freestyle and Downhill.
This French brand of inline skates, with a ten years history, was officially founded only in 2016 by Sebastien Laffargue and Gregoire Pinto and is distributed by UniverSkate. FR Skates is already one of the market’s leading specialists in freestyle and freeride skates segments. Its catalogue also includes a host of accessories for practicing these roller sports, making it an indisputable benchmark brand for inline practitioners.
It comes as no surprise that many roller sports stars use boots made by FR Skates, such as Russia’s Daria Kuznetsova, the young and talented Sofia Bogdanova, France’s Igor Cheremetieff or Belgium’s Antony Pottier, among many other champions.
Not only will FR Skates be able to see its products in competition, it will also be present in the RollerLand area at the World Roller Games, set to be held from 4 to 14 July. The firm will have a stand in this exhibition area where trials and exhibition displays will be staged for the general public in the vicinity of its location, Palau Sant Jordi.
“FR Skates is very proud to be part of its first World Roller Games. We had to support the biggest Roller Sports event in the world as the excellence in sports is well reflecting our view for the development of our products. We also wanted to be in Barcelona to support our international athletes!”, explains the French brand.
